Old world meets new at Lauren Ashton Cellars. Inspired by the wines of France and the regional character of Washington State wines, Kit Singh brought  Lauren Ashton  Cellars to Woodinville in 2009.  The wines are hand-crafted from grapes grown in the best vineyards, and in the glass they show true Washington character. A dentist by day, Kit has used both his love of science and the art of winemaking to create wines with a  very loyal following,  along with glowing critical acclaim.  The Washington Wine Report has called the wines "a revelation". Washington Wine Enthusiast 's Paul Gregutt awarded Lauren Ashton both Cellar Selection and Editor's Choice designations. You don't want to miss trying these wines!


We are very pleased to be holding our Holiday Winemaker Dinner at Cicchetti, sister restaurant to Serafina. Located in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood, Cicchetti was inspired by the aesthetic of a Venetian tapas bars and the cuisine of the Mediterranean, but with a distinctly Northwest flair. The menu and wine pairings will be amazing!
