You won't want to miss the lovely wines paired with German foods at the Rochester  Club Ballroom. Also at this event, we'll be actively supporting Saint's Place, a worthy local organization that assists legal refugees from war-torn countries seeking asylum in the United States.

Dallas: Finding the Right Blend
June 25, 6:00PM
Many wines are a blend of multiple varietals. How does a winemaker know the quantity of each to include in a blend? Is it magic or science? Let's find out. Join us at Calais Winery in Deep Ellum as we blend our own wine using the 2012 vintage of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Food will be heavy appetizers so we can focus our attention on blending wine. Seating is limited to 16 people, so register early.
