Join us for Cabernets Around California at one of Napa's finest wineries, Grgich Hills Estate in Rutherford. We'll have lovely cabs from Gundlach Bundschu, Grgich and Silver Oak Cellars. In addition, we'll taste a fine Schug Pinot Noir, all paired with exquisite appetizers to dazzle your taste buds. (See below!) But first we'll kick off this holiday season with not one, but two, champagne cocktails! First, we'll celebrate with a fantasia cranberry champagne cocktail. Next, we'll add more finesse with the French 75 Napolean champagne cocktail.

Fondue Bar - three kinds of fondue: cheddar & ale, classic Gouda, cambazola with mushrooms & roasted garlic. For dipping a selection of breads, roast beef, roasted veggies.
Meatball bar - Truffles beef meatballs, chicken in smoked paprika cream, lamb meatballs with zinfandel peppercorn sauce.
This annual holiday event fills up fast, and we'll also have the 2011 scholarship winners there as well to congratulate them on their fine work and hear about their plans in the wine industry.
