Dallas: It's All About Business

This month we are going to focus on business, Dallas Chapter business and the business of wine: how restaurants create a wine list. Join us for some chapter news and updates. After that, Aubrey Zeppa, general manager of Eno's Pizza Tavern in Bishop Arts, will explain to us how restaurants develop their wine menus!!

 

Rochester: Calling All Senses...For Red Wines!

Please join us this month as we welcome Karen Desmond, 2014 Rochester Chapter Scholarship recipient. With Valentine’s Day coming up and our chapter’s love of red wines, Karen will lead us on a sensory exploration of some of our favorite reds. Please join the Rural Women’s Studies Association and the WWS TX Hill Country Chapter as we explore the local wine industry and the women who are shaping its future.  You will tour Fall Creek’s newest location and their vineyards followed by a panel discussion, wine tasting, and lunch!!

Dallas: Let's Get Into Spirit (s)

Even though wine is in our name, it’s good to branch out and learn about other beverages. Please join us as we tour Witherspoon Distillery in Lewisville and learn how spirits are made. The tour is 45-60 minutes and is followed by a full tasting of their products: two rums, a bourbon whiskey and a single malt!!

 

Central Florida: Explore a Tuscan Winery

Giovanni Cattani of La Calonica, from Tuscany will share five wines paired with an Italian buffet prepared by Cuisinieres. Join us and explore a Tuscan Winery with a fabulous meal!!

 
San Francisco: An Intimate Wine Dinner At Gamine

Join the Women for Wine Sense San Francisco Chapter for an intimate French dinner at Gamine. This 3-course meal is limited to 8 persons and includes wine, tax and tip!!
