Wine with Chinese Food?
Most think of beer when pairing a beverage with Chinese food, not wine. Chinese food has many textures and flavors. It’s hot, sweet, mild and spicy, and always includes fresh ginger, spring onions and garlic, among many others; flavors that can be a challenge when it comes to picking a wine.
Come along as we compare and contrast wines paired with Chinese food.

Reservations: No reservations will be accepted after Saturday, March 10, 2018. Payment is required in advance by credit card or check and is non-refundable. If paying by check, your payment should be payable to “WWS” and sent to WWS c/o Tamara Mattison, 12240 Pecan Forest, Dallas, TX 75230-2495. Payment must be received by the date of the event.
