Community, Collaboration, and Community - the Finger Lakes Region of NY

There is a lot that goes into a glass of wine but the most important aspect is the people. For our August WWS event, we will look at the history and the future of the FLX region while highlighting the various roles that the dedicated and passionate people of the FLX fill, from vineyard to tasting room. Tastings will be provided by Barnstormer Winery, and we will discuss the whole process of how each wine is made, and how many people contribute, from grape to glass.

We are pleased to welcome Della Hovanec, from Barnstormer’s Winery, to the Rochester chapter and look forward to hearing her presentation on this interesting topic!

Registration begins at 6:30 PM.

Capacity is limited. Registration closes on Tuesday, August 7, 2018.

Payment is required in advance by credit card or check. In order to keep costs low for all members, we are unable to offer refunds after event registration closes. If you find yourself unable to attend after registration closes, we encourage members to find someone to take their place. When an event reaches capacity, we do keep a waiting list. Let Sue Mullen know if you are unable to attend an event. In the case that there is a waiting list, we will contact the next person on the list and refund your registration fee if we fill your spot.

If paying by check, payment should be payable to 'WWS' and sent to WWS Rochester, c/o Sue Mullen, 250 Avis Street, Rochester, NY 14615. Checks MUST BE RECEIVED by Thursday, August 9, 2018. If payment is not received by this date, your registration may be canceled.
